Abstract


Organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior are the most important factors affecting the human resource in each organization. Employees’ exhibit higher levels of performance, loyalty, act more than their job descriptions and have high level of organizational citizenship behavior, when they believe they are treated fairly at workplace. Many researchers say that organizational justice is one of the factors that motivate employees to do their jobs above his duties
