Abstract
Twenty patients with SLE were enrolled in this study duivided into two groups according to presence or absence of caeduca manifestations In our study non of our patients in both groups had pericardia! disease,
evidence of myocarditis or coronary arterY disease. Detected by"-"' echocardiography artery disease, detected by echocardiography or ECG. Valvular abnormalities were detected m sex Cases (40%) of lupus patients. Mitral incompetence was more frequent than aortic
