DATABASE FOR OPTIMAL SELECTION OF CUTTING CONDITIONS, FORCES AND POWER CONSUMPTION IN MACHINING PROCESSES
Fatma Abd-Allah Mohamed Elerian;
Abstract
1.4.2 Machining time using min. speed
These windows under submenu machining time using min. speed were designed as those under the submenu machining time using max. speed but with an" address machining time using min. speed instead of machining time sing max. speed.
1.4.3 Production time and cost using max. speed
By clicking this submenu the user can have a report give the total production time and cost when using max. speed.
1.4.4 Production time and cost using min. speed
By clicking this submenu the user can have a report give the total production time and cost when he using min. speed.
1.4.5 Reset production time and cost using max. speed
'•
By clicking this submenu the user can delete the previous value of production time
and cost using max. speed (minimum tool life).
1.4.6 Reset production .time and cost using min. speed
By clicking this submenu the user can delete the previous value of production time and cost using min speed (maximum tool life).
1.4.7 Process sheet using max. speed
By clicking this submenu, a final report contains all the operations that use max.speed, cutting data, machining time, force, power, torque, suitable grade, insert and tool holder.
