Abstract
ABSTRACT
Back ground of this study is to highlight the role of MRI and U/S in suspected placental invasion.
Patient and methods: 40 patients were included in our study. All clinically suspected patients with previous CS or surgical intervention were subjected to US and MRI.
Results: Our study demonstrated that MRI has a significant promising tool factor for detection of placental invasion degree with high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy and superior to ultrasound in detection of degree of invasion.
