Abstract

he 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] is the main circulating metabolite of vitamin D, and is considered to be an indicator of vitamin D status in the human body. Low 25(OH)D is considered to play an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes mellitus, inflammatory and immune abnormalities, and sleep disorders. NE is a nighttime bedwetting (≥2times per week) in children five years of age or older. And The most common causes of it are arousal dysfunction and nocturnal polyuria. Arousal dysfunction is related to sleep disorders. Anatomic evidence and clinical studies suggest that vitamin D may be involved in sleep regulation.and its deficiency is associated with the severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Nocturnal polyuria is one of the main adverse outcomes of OSA. Moreover, vitamin D deficiency could directly lead to excessive urine production. Therefore, we propose the hypothesis that there is some connection between NE and vitamin D
