Abstract
The present study was designed to investigate the potential neurobehavioral toxic effects of PCZ in rats and to explore its possible mechanisms of action as well as to evaluate the ability of CAR to ameliorate such toxic effects.
A total of 60 mature male albino rats were used as lab animals in this investigation. They were randomly divided into 4 equal groups, 15 rats each, and treated daily with PCZ and/or CAR by oral gavage for 8 weeks as follows:
