Karim Sayed Metwaly Muhammed;

Abstract

The current thesis focuses on the study of non-target toxicity of Deltamethrin (DLM) in rats, from biochemical and genotoxicity aspects. Also, the other aim of study was to find a mixture of antioxidants (A) to reduce the damage caused by DLM. Initially, LD50 of DLM was determined, which was 135 mg/kg, and the two doses (6.75 mg and 13.5 m /kg b.wt) were used for the treated groups.
