Nada Omar Al-Farouq Mohamed;
Abstract
This parallel, randomized clinical trial was conducted to compare the intensity and incidence of postoperative pain after the first visit of root canal treatment with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis by using either rotary Neolix file or Reciproc file for instrumentation. In which patients were equally allocated at random to receive one of the two instrumentation system.
100 patients were treated and allocated into 2 groups, used (Neolix file) in first group and used (Reciproc file) in second group.
