Psychiatric nursing is regarded as one of the most stressful occupations in the world Nurses working with psychiatric patients may be confronted with intense interpersonal interactions, emotional liability and psychological distress that can be very stressful and challenging
Nurses working under stressful conditions are not able to appropriately fulfill their duties Thus, early recognition and effective intervention of stress related to the workplace will increase the ability of persons for controlling challenges among nurses and improve the negative effect s of job stress.
