Ghada Nabil Hashem Ahmed El-Emary;
Abstract
The emergence of information technology affects the pattern of business administration and the exchange of information in modern organizations. Contemporary organizations are concerned with human capital as a critical element in business success. With advanced technology, the role of HR has also evolved (Shilpa and Gopal, 2011).
Throughout the last two decades, organizations have faced greater challenges than ever because of the rapid development of technology. At present, the power of Information Technology (IT) is considered a means of achieving business goals efficiently. Lead organizations have found greater opportunities to effectively enhance HR policies through the adoption of technology in Human Resources Management (HRM) (Ghazzawi, Al-Khoury, and Saman, 2014).
