Abstract


ABSTRACT
Background: Pathologies within the hip joint (labral-chondral injuries,synovitis, ligamentum teres tears) are associated with underlying abnormalities of bony morphology, rotation, version, or alignment. Modern hip preservation techniques aim to restore an optimal relationship between structure and joint kinematics.
Objective: To discuss different techniques of surgical management of adolescent acetabular dysplasia and compare between them as regard post-operative pain,clinical &radiological improvement,complications (infection, femoral and sciatic nerve palsies), early post-operative rehabilitation.
