Abstract

Nowadays, increasing attention has focused on investigating managers' behavior and its influence on nurse's job satisfaction and commitment t\) orgnnizntional goals. nrrcctivc leadership is the nppropri<lte nurse 111<111<1ger's behavior to the n:quirements of the situational demands. Effective manngement has a significant relationship to job satisfaction and commitment. Thus, when managers have created an environment of security and belonging, the satisfaction of nurses toward their job are maximized. This consequently fosters nurse:;' commitment to their work.
