Abstract


The research focused on studying the un-allocated cost parameters as hidden transaction cost from a managerial point of view, considering the country requirements, market availability and value engineering theories to create a cost-effectiveness model via VE which could be applied during the design phase to reduce the overall hotel cost without affecting the project quality.
