Evaluation of lncRNA-associated ceRNAs network expression as a potential therapeutic target for gene editing in type 2 DM
Marwa Mostafa Kamel;
Abstract
his study attempted to evaluate the expression of the identified genetic network composed of the LncRNA-RP11-773H22.4, miR-3163 and miR-1 miRNAs, RET and m-TOR mRNAs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a trial to explore the molecular mechanism underlying IR in T2DM.
The results demonstrated the crucial role of this identified genetic network expression in type 2 DM in both clinical samples and lymphocytes cell line. And evaluated as potential therapeutic target by CRISPR/Cas9 based editing of the dysregulated network for treatment of type 2DM.
