Abstract
The aim of this study is to compare the clinical, radiographical and patient-recorded outcomes of short dental implants (5.5 mm) versus longer dental implants (9.7 mm) combined with BAOSFE in rehabilitation of the posterior maxilla at 6 months of loading.
