Abstract
Hemorrhoids are common anorectal disorders. That presents with various manifestations; however, bleeding, pain, swelling, soilage and pruritis are the most common presenting symptoms. Each case should be treated individually according to its presentations, the severity of the condition and the degree of haemorrhoids. Commonly grade 1 and 2 respond well to conservative measures. Grade 3 and 4 haemorrhoids need intervention either office-based procedure or surgical operation.
