Abstract
lobally there is a rise in incidence of fibroid reaching up to 20 percent of females older than 35 years old.
Increased number and /or size of fibroid affecting cases quality of life becoming a global issue affecting many females worldwide.
Clinical presentation such as bleeding problems such as heavy menstrual bleeding causing subsequent anemia development.
Pressure symptoms are another chief complaint in symptromatic form of fibroids if the tumor reaches a large size. Clinically pressure symptoms present as chronic pelvic pain, constipation and urinary tract issues such as urinary retention or incontinence.
