A risk management strategy for middle-income housing towards resilience

Abstract
The government recently constructed massive residential units to fulfill the middle-income need in the housing sector; despite these residential projects, the construction of middle-income housing in Egypt faces many difficulties. Also, the middle-income segment faces problems in finding suitable units due to the high price of the housing unite that doesn’t comply with the monthly/annual income, poor quality of affordable housing units, poor loans conditions, and maintenance prices. These residential compounds face many difficulties in adaptability to changes/risks. The thesis aims to discover the leading essential indicators that the stakeholders fulfill in constructing middle-income compounds. These indicators satisfy the middle-income resident and help the compound adaptability, making the compound resilient by creating a model that contains three main aspects.
