Studies on via antigen of foot and Mouth Disease virus

Abstract

Investigation Were carried out to Produce virus infecton associated antigen (VIA) of Foot and Mouth Disease virus it Produced as consequence of infection so we take 154 Serum Samples Were Collected, buffaloes and Cattle Sheep from upper EGYPT Provinces to detect VIA antibodies by Using ELI SA technique it was 41.9% , 20% and 13% respectively. 184Serum Samples were callected from cattle, buffalaes and sheep from lower EGYPT Provinces to detect VIA antibodies byusing ELISA, it was 46.5%,19% and 4%, respectively131Serum Samples were collected from cattle, buffaloes and sheep from border Provinces to detect VIA antibodies by Using ELISA it was 33.3%,4%and 6 respectively.
