Therefore, healthy sexual relations positively affect marital satisfaction, resulting in the improvement of mental health and the formation of healthy families. In this respect, it seems necessary to practitioners and nurse as educator to widely promote sexual assertiveness teachings, these educations be integrated with common premarital educations and should consider all aspects of general care when caring for women with fertility problems. Marital satisfaction, social support, personal and social expectations are relevant factors to address infertile women’s vulnerability for psychological distress.
