Life Style of Primary School Children Regarding Their Well-being

Abstract
Primary school stage is a crucial period defined by profound changes as children transition from early childhood to adolescence, although children during this stage develop the ability to solve problems in a logical way, they are also not able to think abstractly (Langer & Steinebach, 2019). Child well-being is an important indicator of both mental and physical health, also positive emotions, negative emotions and life satisfaction are seen also as important components in the well-being of children (Ayala-Nunes et al., 2018).
The present study aimed to assess lifestyle of primary school children regarding their well-being through:
• Assessing the children’s lifestyle.
• Assessing children’s well-being.
• Assessing the children’s health status.
• Assessing school environment.
Study design:
A descriptive design was utilized.
Subjects and methods:
This study was conducted at 9 schools in El-Waily zone were chosen randomly.
