In the present study aiming to prepare and evaluate inactivated I

monovalent freeze dried Adeno-virus vaccine for control the spread of this I

viral agent in Egypt, and to assist in saving animal industry in Egypt.
The susceptibility of different cell cultures (BK, MDBK, VERO, CER) for cultivation of Adeno-virus was studied to choose the best cells for vaccine production. :MDBK was the culture of choice as it produces high titre and was in preparation.
Binary ethyleneimine was used for the inactivation of Adeno-virus, different concentration of Binary ethyleneimine at different times were made
