PROPER SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN ALEXANDRIA AND SWEDEN

Abstract

Human activities generate waste which may considered a problem, as it is useless and unwanted. But, many of these waste materials can be reused and become a resource for industrial production or energy generation if properly managed. This thesis is investigating solid waste characteristics and how can be properly managed to protect the environment from pollution and human from many diseases.
