Evaluation of Occlusal Stresses on Post Crown Restorations using the Finite Element Stress Analysis
Naguib Ahmad Naguib El-Fawal;
Abstract
Endodontic therapy has provided dentistry with the ability to retain teeth that just a few decades ago would have been extracted without hesitation
Restoration of endodontically treated teeth is exciting, rewarding and should be approached without anxiety.2 Frequently, a tooth. which has lost significant coronal and radicular structure due to caries, previous restoration, endodontic procedures, or trauma, must be re-established as a fully functioning member of the dental arch. i.e. restoring the optimal biomechanical, physiologic and cosmetic functions
