Abstract
Pyrimidinthione 1 was efficiently synthesized through one-pot multicomponent reactions under ultrasound-promoted conditions. In the present work, design and synthesize appreciated N-heterocyclic compounds in cooperated pyrazole and pyrimidine nuclei were successfully developed by the reaction between benzoylacetone and thiourea with pyrazole carboxaldehyde. Herin, some novel synthesized heterocyclic compounds such as imidazole ionic liquids (2,3), tetrazolopyrimidine (5), pyrimidinoglycine (6), and triazolopyrimidine (8) will be considered as algicidal reagents. They were studied, sustained, and provided the important potency with the density functional theory (DFT) and evaluated against harmful (blue-green) algae. The DFT simulation could undisputable various hydrophilic and hydrophobic of the synthesized materials and determined the permeability. Sophisticated permeability through aquaporin channels are shown the selective and potential algaecides. Compounds 1, 3, and 6 showed excelant inhibition activity toward Synechocystis sp. (EC50 = 0.4–1 μM) and Microcystis aeruginosa (EC50 = 0.6–1 μM).
