Geographical isolation and its impact on the rural community application on villages east of the Nile in Maghagha - minya
Abstract
The Nile River, the main axis of development and the rectifier for easy spate and the villages and cities, distributed stores Urban on both sides of the river east and west, this distribution is characterized Governorate, Minya uneven as more and more shops Urban in the West for the East, was like the Nile River, a kind of isolation of the villages east Nile to maintain and in some provinces of Upper Egypt and had serious implications this isolation.
There are east of the Nile in Minya 33 urban locality and the times that number of disciples, and the number of inhabitants of the villages east of the Nile was about 360,687 people. And it found four shops urban study area size and population exceeded 60 thousand people increased by about 17% of the total population of the east of the Nile in the governorate. And about 1.44% of the total population of the province, and more than 1.77% of the total population of the rural area.
The River Nile some sort of isolation of the population of the villages east of the Nile in spite of the openness and greater enjoyment of rates for the individual counterpart of West Nile population. These are the rates in per capita water near the camp, and the destination of the urban river and use the river as an economic resource of the fishermen. Although this isolation to pass the same river as a waterway and difficulty through the obstacles that offset the use of ferries as a means of transport within the river from these villages and even the city of Maghagha and vice versa.
