Abstract

A unique Scene from the Funerary Chapel of the Pyramid no. Beg. N. 12 in the Northern Cemetery of Begrawiyah . The research deals with studying the depicted scene on the western wall of the chapel; the king is offering the small figure of sitting Osiris to the god Osiris himself who standing before him. The scene of offering figure of Osiris, is a unique scene which didn’t see elsewhere. The scene includes many symbols of resurrection, rebirth, and protection, concerning the dead king. As the depiction of god Osiris, Isis, Lotus flower, Ankh-symbol, some of the chapters of the Book of the Dead.
