Abstract
Person-centered care (PCC) is critical in addressing the diverse health priorities of older adults. Nurses play a pivotal role in implementing PCC, yet the nuances of the nurse-patient relationship in outpatient settings remain underexplored. This study aimed to gain insights into nurses’ experiences, challenges, and strategies in caring for older adults through the lens of PCC.
