Abstract
Academic burnout is a common challenge among associate degree nursing students, stemming from intensive academic and clinical demands. Psychological capital (PsyCap)—a construct encompassing self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism—has emerged as a modifiable resource that may buffer against burnout.
