Abstract

التميز في الأداء برياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض النماذج الدولية دراسة ميدانية بشرق القاهرة يتعلق هذا البحث بتحديد درجة التميز في الأداء برياض الأطفال في مصر عن طريق عدد من المعايير المقترحة في ضوء النموذج الأمريكي، والأوروبي، والأسيوي المطبق في سنغافورة أساساً، وقد أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في عدد (24) من رياض الأطفال في إدارات مصر الجديدة، والنزهة، وعين شمس والمطرية بالقاهرة، وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عدد (92) معلمة، وتظهر النتائج الانخفاض في درجة ممارسة معايير القيادة، والموارد البشرية، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، مع الأداء المتوسط في معايير التركيز على المستفيد، والمعرفة، والعمليات، والنتائج، وينتهي البحث بتقديم عدد من الآليات التي يمكن أن تساعد في إعادة النظر في كثير من الممارسات التربوية والإدارية بمرحلة ما قبل المدرسة وذلك حتى يمكن تطبيق استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة: رؤية مصر 2030

Performance Excellence in Preschools in the Light of Some International Models: a Field Study in Eastern Cairo The research is concerned with performance excellence in the Egyptian preschools by means of applying a number of suggested criteria. These are made in the light of the three main international models in the field: the American, the European and the Singaporean. The field study is made in some (24) preschools to the East of Cairo, namely, in the sub-educational zones of Heliopolis, Nozha, Ain-Shams and Matariyya. The questionnaire is administered to (92) women teachers. The findings reveal a low score in the practices connected with leadership, human resources and strategic planning. The indicators connected with the focus on the customer, knowledge, processes and results have an average score. The research ends by referring to some recommendations and mechanisms that can help in putting into effect the strategic plan of Egypt 2030.
