Abstract
This paper aims to investigate the effect of Profitability and Size on the value of the firm. The data consist of 28 non-financial publicly listed companies in Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX100) during the period of 2010-2016. By using Panel Data regressions model, the Effect of profitability and size is determined on EVA, where The EVA is used as a proxy for firm’s value. The results reveal that only profitability has a significant relationship on firm’s value, while the size didn’t have any effect on the value of the firm.
