Abstract
The research investigates the relationship between green banking and Egyptian banks’ financial performance from 2009 to 2020. Financial performance was measured using return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), while green banking was measured using a sustainability indicator, based on the GRI guidelines. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between green banking and ROE, however there is no significant relationship between green banking and ROA.
