Abstract

This study was carried out during two successive seasons, (2015and 2016) in a private orchardlocated at Ismailia governorate, Egypt. The experiment was tostudy the effect of sprayed kaolin and calcium carbonate at (3, 5 and 7%) in three different dates (midOctober, November and December) compared with trees untreated on vegetative growth, leafpigments and mineral content of Kalamata and Manzanillo olive trees. Results proved that sprayingKalamata and Manzanillocvs with Calcium Carbonate 7% on mid December was the promisingtreatment for improve vegetative growth, leaf pigments and mineral content compared with othertreatment and control.
