Biodisposition and Biochemical Effects of New Phosphoramidate Series in Rate Tissues.

Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study on the effects of the recently introduced phosphoramidates N-(ethoxyphenoxyphosphinyl) glycine ethyl ester, L-glutamic acid diethyl ester and N-(2-oxido-1,3,2-benzodioxaphosphol-2-yl) glycine ethyl ester on the alkaline phosphatase activities (in the serum and liver, for up to 16 days) and on the blood, heart, kidneys, brain and liver of 4- to 6-month-old male Wistar rats compared to the standard pesticide Sumithion.
