El-Said El- Zemaity, Mohamed;
Abstract
Lettuce and tomato plants were sprayed twice with malathion at 1 or 1.5 l/feddan or with Sevin [carbaryl] at 2.0 or 2.5 kg/feddan, at 15-day intervals. Data are presented on leaf residues and their toxicity to larvae of Spodoptera littoralis, assessed at intervals up to 9 days after application, and on the effects on lettuce leaf weight and composition up to 15 days after application.
