Abstract


The world has witnessed many transformations through different ages, and with the emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, many development prospects and modern methods of achieving quality in different institutions were opened, A new term related to this modern revolution appeared called (Quality 4.0), participative leadership is one of the modern leadership styles needed by the management of university education institutions to achieve the desired goals, raise the level of performance and achieve the fourth generation of quality in it.

The study aimed to the following:
1- Identify the theoretical foundations of participative leadership that may contribute to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions.
2- Identify the components of participative leadership to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions.
3- Define the conceptual framework for the quality 4.0 in university education institutions.
4- Determine the steps to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions.
5- Present proposed procedural mechanisms to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions in the light of participative leadership from the viewpoint of education experts.
