Abstract
Organizational integration is an effective approach to responding to the changes facing educational institutions in their technological, social, economic, and other environments. It enables them to adapt to educational developments and enhances their ability to meet challenges and improve the learning environment. It represents the fundamental structure that allows for the organized and continuous transfer of knowledge and experiences between schools, making school twinning more effective and sustainable. School twinning is a form of institutional cooperation that relies heavily on organizational integration between schools, requiring shared systems and processes.
This study aimed to identify the theoretical framework of organizational integration and its role in achieving school twinning in modern educational administration literature. It also aimed to identify the most important Egyptian efforts in implementing school twinning and the obstacles to its success, and to propose procedures for activating school twinning in Egypt based on the organizational integration approach. The study used the descriptive methodology. Among its most important findings were the proposed procedures and the requirements for activating school twinning in Egypt based on the organizational integration approach.
