Early Childhood Education and Care in the North Cape: Finland and Norway

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث تربية ورعاية الطفولة المبكرة في كل من فنلندا والنرويج من حيث نوع المؤسسات القائمة بالتربية والرعاية، ومن حيث الإدارة، والتمويل، والإتاحة والقبول، وحجم المجموعات وتنظيم الوقت، والهيئة العاملة، ومشاركة الآباء، والغرض من ذلك كله وضع توجه مستقبلي لتربية ما قبل المدرسة يجمع بين الرعاية والتربية واللعب في إطار متكامل يتناسب واحتياجات الطفل، مع توضيح المعوقات التي يمكن أن تعترض هذا التوجه والبعض من الآليات التي يمكن أن تسهم كذلك في التغلب على هذه المعوقات. The research deals with the education and care in early childhood (ECEC) in the two northern countries: Finland and Norway with regard to the institutions concerned, the administration, finance, availability, group size, time organization, staff and parental involvement. The final objective is an attempt to put forward a blueprint for the future of the stage of pre-school education. Some obstacles would of course be found and the research points out a number of tactics that can be used to get over these obstacles.
