Abstract
The objectives of this dissertation can be summarized as follow:
1- To evaluate the fruit physical and chemical characteristics of some important Egyptian soft date cultivars (Zaghloul, Samany, Haiany and Halawy) as well as Seewy and Amry as semi-dry type
