Abstract


Chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a major world-wide problem, where Egypt had the highest number of reported infections caused by HCV genotype. Frequently, HCV infection is progressing to cirrhosis, liver failure or hepatocellular carcinoma.
