Biography
Dr. Hala Rashad Ahmed Mahmoud (Hala R. Mahmoud) received her Ph.D. degree in catalysis in 2012 from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. In 2017, she was promoted to be an Assistant Professor of Physical chemistry (catalysis). In 2022, she was promoted to be a Professor of Physical chemistry. Research interests include Catalysis, Nanomaterials, Metal oxides, Biodiesel, Material science, Wastewater treatment, luminescent nano-sensor for latent human prints and anticounterfeiting application, Preparation and Characterization. Dr. Hala Rashad has supervised 4 research student that led to M.S. and Ph.D. degrees being awarded in physical chemistry, material sciences, and catalysis. She has participated in several funded scientific projects, international conferences, training workshops, starting from 2012. She published 24 papers (Scopus) with h-index = 12 and total citations = 476 in 402 documents. According to Google Scholar, h-index = 12, i10-index = 16, total citations = 525 and the total papers = 24.
