Earned his B.Sc. in Soil Sciences at Ain Shams University (Faculty of Agriculture).
Received a M.Sc. (Soil Sciences) from the same university.
Completed a Ph.D. in Agricultural Science, specializing in Soil Science, remote sensing, and spatial analysis at University of Arizona (USA).

Land evaluation and land-use/land-cover change detection
