Biography
Dr. Sherin M. Moussa is Associate Professor at the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences (FCIS) at Ain Shams University (ASU). She had her PhD in Computer and Information Sciences, April 2010 in the field of Mobile Computing and Data Analytics in conjunction with the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA. In addition to the scientific research contributions and international publications, she has +21 years of experience in IT solutions and software applications, operation and management of multiple/complex national/regional projects. She had several certificates; She is a Certified Recognized Reviewer at a variety of high-profile scientific journals. In addition, she was certified from Malaysia Technology Development Center, Kuala Lampur for MTDC Technology Commercialization. Her research interests are Big Data Analytics, Data Mining, Software Engineering, Privacy Prservation, Mobile Data Management, Data Streaming, and GIS. Dr. Moussa was the Director of the Quality and Accreditation Unit at FCIS, and the Foreign Affairs Consultant at the Research & Development of Projects Center at ASU. Previously, she was also the Director of Grants and International Collaboration Office (GICO) at ASU.
