Biography
Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim Elsaid is a full professor of Human Resource Management in the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Commerce (English Section), Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He received his post graduate education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, USA in December 2005 and May 2002 respectively in Human Resource Management. He was the Human Resource advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Finance, CHRO of Orascom Development Egypt (ODE), and Corporate HR Manager of Americana Group (FMCG Division). He also consulted for 26 organizations such as TRAVCO Engineering & Construction, IWAN development, IFFCO, and Egyptian Gulf Bank. He published 10 academic manuscripts in the area of Human Resource Management in leading USA academic journals such as the Research & Practice in Human Resource Management, Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice, and Gender in Management. He presented 11 manuscripts in renowned international conferences such as the Academy of Management, International Academy of Management and Business, and Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. He is a certified interviewer from Development Dimensions Institute (DDI), UK; a certified trainer from IMPARTA, UK; and facilitated training courses to renowned organizations such as The Embassy of the United States of America and Dar Al Handassa Engineering Group.
