Biography
Professor of pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy at faculty of pharmacy Ain Shams University and former dean of the faculty. I have about 85 research papers in the field of drug delivery and nanotechnology published in highly ranked scientific journals, supervised 45 Master and PhD theses and I am a reviewer in many scientific journals with high impact factor as well as a referee for several projects in the field of pharmaceutics funded by STDF. Currently, I am consultant of the committee of scientific degrees equivalency and member of the pharmaceutical studies sector at the supreme council of universities. I was awarded Ain Shams University Appreciation Award for the year 2018 and awards for international publication for several years since 2011 until present. I was the president of the promotion committee of staff members of pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy since 2016 until 2022. I was a member in several technical committees of the Central Administration for Pharmaceutical Affairs (CAPA), Ministry of Health since 2007 until 2017.
