Biography
A multidisciplinary researcher from the Department of Zoology, Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University, specializing in biosensors, nanomaterials, bioelectronics, and 3D-printed microfluidic diagnostic platforms with a focused mission on early cancer detection and precision medicine. Trained at TU Berlin and Philipps-Universität Marburg through DAAD/Erasmus+, and currently an MSc Candidate and Molecular Biotechnology Teaching Assistant within the Faculty of Science. Research integrates materials science, nanotechnology, analytical chemistry, and biomedical engineering to develop sensing systems capable of detecting ultralow concentrations of clinically relevant biomarkers. Work spans fluorescence biosensors, nanoplasmonic structures, lanthanide complexes, polymer matrices, and geometry-programmed bio-membrane chips for point-of-care diagnostics from biological fluids. Computational approaches — including molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations — complement experimental work to rationally design robust, reproducible biosensor interfaces. Diagnostic focus covers early detection of prostate, liver, and breast cancer biomarkers, leveraging nanomaterial-based platforms to achieve clinically relevant sensitivity and specificity. Beyond the bench, the goal is translation: scalable, field-deployable technologies that integrate nanomaterials, microfluidics, photonics, and electronics to reduce global healthcare disparities. Committed to publishing in high-impact journals and advancing research at the intersection of nano-enabled diagnostics, AI-driven biomedical imaging, and personalized medicine.
