Analytical Studies on Some Pharmaceutical Compounds

Abstract

The presented thesis describes the preparation and investigation of the performance characteristics of new plastic membrane electrodes for the pharmaceutical compounds cyclopentolate hydrochloride (CpCl) and flavoxate hydrochloride (FxCI). In these electrodes, the active element is poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane plasticized with dioctylphthalate (DOP) containing an ion-exchanger of the investigated drug with phosphomolybdic acid (PMA), phosphotungstic acid (PTA), ammonium reinckate (amm. Rt) or sodium tetraphenly borate (Na-TPB) ion-exchangers.
