Abstract


Chronic renal failure is one of the most common causes of premature morbidity and mortality in the developing world.

Circulating intercellular adhesion molecules appeared to be biologically active and high levels have been reported in patients with impaired renal functions; acute & chronic renal failure as well as in ESRD under maintenance heamodialysis.
