Abstract


The present study aimed to clarify the normal histological structures of the broilers immune organs (Bursa ofFabricius, Thymus gland, spleen and HG) in different ages. The histological changes of these organs after vaccination of the broilers against ND with both HB1 and
Lasota strain by the different common field routes (eye drop, drinking

water and spray routes), also to clarify the histochemical enzymatic reactions of the immune organs in the normal and vaccinated birds and detetmination of the serum ND antibody titers of control and vaccinated chikens.
