Abstract


The previous studies showed the role of vitamins, omga3, gensing and caffeine role to reduce the risk, delay their onset, and improve the central nervous system degenerative diseases courses and prognosis.
And the previous studies showed the role of cholesterol, saturated fat, iron and heavy metals as aluminum and copper, and high proteins intake to increase the central nervous system degenerative diseases.
The previous studies showed the role of very low fat diet affect on the multiple sclerosis delay relapses, and improve the course and prognosis of the disease.
The previous studies proved the role of vitamins, caffeine, and omega3 to reduce the multiple sclerosis risk and delayed the relapses.
The previous studies showed that vitamin D,calcium, UVR, magnesium, and iron are strong multiple sclerosispathogenesis.
